Job Role:

SOL Gulf is seeking a dynamic and versatile Field Sales Support Specialist to drive our go-to-market execution and partner engagement across four strategic OEM alliances: Microsoft, Google Cloud (GCP), Salesforce, and Oracle. This cross-functional role supports business development, partner coordination, co-sell pipeline management, and field enablement aligned with our Digital Transformation, AI, Cloud, and Trusted Data services.

Key responsibilities of Business Development Executive– OEM Channels:

1- OEM Partner Engagement & Co-Sell Support

· Coordinate with OEM partner teams (account execs, partner managers, solution specialists) to align on co-sell plays.

· Register deals, update co-sell portals (Microsoft Partner Center, Google Partner Advantage, etc.).

· Maintain dashboards of OEM engagements, co-sell pipeline status, and certifications.

2. Sales Execution Support

· Assist SOL Gulf’s internal sales team in responding to OEM-led leads.

· Help develop co-branded proposals, pitch decks, and case studies tailored for each OEM channel.

· Support bid management activities for joint opportunities (RFPs, RFQs, proposals).

3. Field Enablement & Communication

· Organize internal enablement sessions on OEM products, programs, and incentives.

· Track and report on progress of certifications and technical readiness for each OEM.

· Drive awareness of upcoming OEM events, campaigns, and incentives relevant to sales team.

4. Pipeline Reporting & Partner Operations

· Maintain CRM hygiene for OEM-influenced opportunities (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)

· Generate weekly and monthly reports on co-sell pipelines, forecast, and ROI from partner motion.

· Track incentive/rebate eligibility and co-marketing reimbursements where applicable.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.

· 3–5 years’ experience in sales, business development, or channel/OEM engagement (preferably in the Saudi market).

· Familiarity with Microsoft, Google Cloud, Salesforce, or Oracle partner ecosystems.

· Strong coordination and follow-up skills; attention to detail.

· Good understanding of Digital Transformation, AI/ML, Cloud, and Data domains is a plus.

· Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is must.

· Strong stakeholder management (internal & external).

· Self-starter with ability to manage multiple partner motions in parallel.

· High level of professionalism, discretion, and business maturity.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· CRM and co-sell tools knowledge (e.g., Microsoft Partner Center, Google PRM, Salesforce AppExchange)..
