Client Stories
National Development Institution
A national development institution was building its IT function from the ground up, with no existing strategy, no architecture, no governance model, and multiple vendors working without coordination. SOLGulf conducted a full current-state assessment and designed a unified IT operating model covering business alignment, technology architecture, and service excellence. The engagement also established ITIL-based service management, an enterprise architecture practice, and an integrated governance roadmap.
The client moved from reactive, vendor-led IT to a structured, strategy-driven function ready for execution.
Major Real Estate and Community Developer, GCC
A major real estate and community developer had no unified service management framework. Key processes were incomplete, the service management tool was underused, and there was no formal performance tracking. SOLGulf designed the framework, led the ISO 20000 certification process, configured ServiceNow with KPI monitoring and reporting, and trained the internal team. The organization achieved ISO 20000 certification and moved to an operational service management model.
National Biosecurity and Agriculture Authority, GCC
A national biosecurity and agriculture authority had a 10.53 percent compliance score across 91 standards in the national digital maturity framework, with 75 standards marked non-compliant and no clear roadmap for improvement. SOLGulf ran a full gap analysis across all 10 framework sections and produced a prioritized action plan covering quick wins, medium-term initiatives, and longer-term programs. The work also included a standard compliance roadmap and documentation requirements.
National Shipping and Logistics Company
A national shipping and logistics company had no working service management processes, outdated documentation, no KPI framework, an incomplete service management tool, and no formal training in place.
SOLGulf designed and implemented a formal ITSM framework, led the ISO 20000 certification process, configured Jira Service Management end to end, and delivered targeted training. The result was standardized processes, measurable KPIs, and a stronger culture of continuous improvement.
