National Cultural and Digital Authority

A national cultural and digital authority needed to set up a Digital Innovation Lab to accelerate technology-led innovation across more than 18 entities and deliver new digital services through a partner network.
SOLGulf set up the Lab, defined the technology architecture, and delivered an agentic AI strategy with a proof of concept and commercialisation roadmap. The programme recorded an 85 percent improvement in organisational adaptability.
