The engagement centres on the implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 (R12.2), deployed as a single Multi-Org instance unifying all six of Jadeed Group’s legal entities: Jadeed Feeds Industries, Jadeed Oil Extraction, Jadeed Foods, Trade Center (Infinity Basket), Jadeed Developers, and JMJ Trust, one of the most comprehensive Oracle ERP deployments in region’s agri-industrial sector to date.

From Legacy to Enterprise-Class

Jadeed Group was founded in 2005 by Chairman Mian Jan Mohammad Javaid and has grown into region’s most vertically integrated poultry business, operating three feed mills with a combined capacity exceeding 300 metric tons per hour, Grand Parent and Parent Stock farms exclusively importing the globally renowned Ross 308 breed from Aviagen USA, broiler hatcheries across five cities, a 500-ton-per-day oil extraction facility, and a growing retail network. With 5,500 employees and 148 in-house veterinary professionals, the Group is a cornerstone of region’s protein supply chain.

Until now, the Group’s enterprise operations have been managed across six separate legacy financial systems, a fragmented architecture that limits the group-level visibility and process discipline that a business of this scale demands. The Oracle EBS implementation will consolidate the entire Group onto a single enterprise platform, delivering unified financial controls, automated procurement workflows, warehouse management, manufacturing costing, and a region payroll system serving thousands of employees across the country.

The Transformation Roadmap

The implementation spans the full Oracle EBS functional stack, General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Procurement, Inventory and Warehouse Management, Order Management, Oracle Process Manufacturing, Bills of Material, Work-in-Process, Core HR, and Payroll, deployed in a phased, entity-by-entity approach that keeps Jadeed’s operations live and uninterrupted throughout the transition.

Beyond the ERP foundation, this partnership is designed to evolve. As each entity goes live on Oracle, the roadmap opens doors to Business Intelligence and Analytics, AI-powered supply chain optimisation, demand forecasting, and managed enterprise services,  transforming Jadeed Group from a technology-absent conglomerate into a data-driven enterprise capable of competing on insight as well as scale.
